These terms apply to www.gtaecom.com and to Poseidon Social, the internal tool GTAECOM, LLC ("GTAECOM", "we", "us") uses to manage the social media accounts of its own brands. Our brands have their own websites and their own terms, which apply to their customers.

1. Who may use Poseidon Social

Poseidon Social is not a public service and is not sold or offered to third parties. Only authorized GTAECOM staff may use it, and only with social media accounts that belong to GTAECOM or its brands.

2. What it does

Through the official APIs of TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, Poseidon Social lets our staff publish our own content, read and answer the comments under our own posts, and see how our posts perform. Each platform's own terms and policies apply to everything we do there, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Developer Terms.

3. Acceptable use

• Publish only content we own or have the rights to use.
• No spam, no misleading content, no automated mass messaging, and no use of the tool to collect data about other people's accounts.
• Keep access credentials confidential.

5. The website

The content of www.gtaecom.com is provided for information only. Logos, texts and images belong to GTAECOM or to their owners and may not be reused without permission.

6. No warranty and limitation of liability

The website and Poseidon Social are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, GTAECOM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from their use.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you have under the law of your country.
