Privacy Policy

This policy explains how GTAECOM, LLC ("GTAECOM", "we", "us") handles personal data on this website and in Poseidon Social, the internal tool we use to manage the social media accounts of our own brands. Our brands have their own websites and their own privacy policies, which apply to their customers.

1. This website

www.gtaecom.com is an informational website. It has no forms, no accounts, no advertising and no analytics or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider (Vercel) processes technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and keep them secure. If you write to us by email, we use your message only to answer you.

2. Poseidon Social

Poseidon Social is not offered to the public. Only GTAECOM staff use it, and only to manage accounts that belong to our brands on TikTok, Instagram and Facebook. To do this, our staff connect those brand accounts and authorize the tool. Through the official APIs of each platform, it can then:

• read basic information about our own brand accounts (such as name, avatar and account ID);
• upload and publish videos, photos and captions that we prepare, on our own brand accounts;
• read the comments that people leave under our own posts, together with the public username of whoever wrote them, so that we can answer, hide spam or like them;
• read performance figures for our own posts (such as views and likes).

We do not access the private messages, contacts or accounts of anyone else, and we do not create profiles of the people who comment.

3. Why we use this data

We use it only to run our brands' social media presence: publishing our content, replying to comments on our posts and understanding how our posts perform. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in managing our own accounts and answering the people who write to us. We never sell personal data and we never use it for advertising profiles.

4. AI assistance

To draft replies to comments, the text of a comment and of our post may be processed by AI models through our providers (OpenRouter and the model providers it routes to). They process it only to produce the draft. Replies follow rules set by our staff, who can review and correct them.

5. Where data is kept and for how long

• Access tokens issued by the platforms are stored encrypted in our database (Neon, hosted in the European Union, Frankfurt) and used only by Poseidon Social, which runs on Vercel servers in the United States.
• Comments and our replies are kept as long as they help us follow a conversation, and are deleted when you ask us to.
• When a brand account is disconnected, or you revoke the authorization, we stop using its token and delete it.

6. Who we share data with

Only with the service providers that run the tool for us (Vercel for hosting, Neon for the database, OpenRouter for AI drafting), each bound to use the data only on our behalf, and with the platforms themselves when we publish or reply there. Data may be processed in the United States; for transfers from the EU we rely on the safeguards offered by these providers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, or object to its use, by writing to info@gtaecom.com. If you are in the EU or the UK you can also complain to your data protection authority. A comment you posted can also be deleted by you directly on the platform.

Owners of an account connected to Poseidon Social can revoke its access at any time from the app permissions in the platform's security settings.

8. Children

Poseidon Social is used only by our staff and is not directed to children.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, we update this page and the date at the top.
